Pirelli approves dividend and new board, shares in Milan under review

Pirelli (IT0004623051) approved its 2025 annual report, a EUR 0.34 dividend and a new board at today’s shareholders’ meeting in Milan. Pirelli’s release says the first board meeting is set for 30 June.

The company said the meeting in Milan took place on 25 June 2026 and was attended by 81.44% of voting capital. It also said Marco Tronchetti Provera was appointed chairman of the board.
