Investigation Uncovers Deliberate Sabotage

The ongoing investigation has revealed systematic attempts to bypass safety controls. Investigators found that network cables had been disconnected and gas sensors intentionally blocked to conceal dangerous gas levels. The mine also operated "hidden tunnels" that were not included on official maps, allowing it to circumvent inspections.
