The company Strategy has further expanded its Bitcoin holdings, adding 22,337 coins in its latest acquisition. This purchase was financed entirely through equity offerings, bringing the firm's total corporate portfolio to 761,068 Bitcoin. These assets were acquired at an average price of approximately $75,696 per coin, representing a total investment of $57.61 billion.

Equity-Funded Expansion and Operational Context

Financing for the recent buy consisted of $1.2 billion from the sale of so-called stretch perpetual preferred shares, supplemented by an additional $400 million from the sale of common stock. Notably, the company did not utilize traditional debt instruments for this transaction. Strategy maintains a debt-to-equity ratio of just 0.16 and a current ratio of 5.62, indicating a structurally solid balance sheet.

However, the core business tells a contrasting story. Revenue for the trailing twelve months stood at $477 million, with sales growth having declined by 27 percent over the past three years. A price-to-sales multiple of 89.56 reflects market expectations that the value of the Bitcoin treasury, rather than operational strength, is the primary driver of the company's valuation.

Technical Analysis Points to Critical Level

From a charting perspective, the stock has recently reclaimed its 20-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA)—a signal often viewed by traders as an indicator of potential short-term trend reversals. A similar breakout above this average in mid-January previously triggered a 15 percent rally.

The share price is now approaching a critical resistance zone between $149 and $150. According to Phemex News, an inverse head-and-shoulders pattern has also formed on the chart. A convincing breakout above this resistance area would signal further upward potential. Furthermore, the Chaikin Money Flow indicator, which measures capital inflows into the asset, has shown an increasing trend since the beginning of February, suggesting a gradual strengthening of buying interest in the market.

Bitcoin Correlation and Risk Profile

The success of a potential breakout is largely dependent on the price of Bitcoin. Strategy's stock currently trades approximately 67 percent below its 52-week high of €391.80. While the distance to the identified resistance zone appears manageable in the short term, the potential for a significant pullback remains substantial should the attempt to break through fail.
