TotalEnergies announces fresh employee share issue, shares steady on Euronext

According to the Board decision implemented today, TotalEnergies issued 5,548,563 new shares at a subscription price of 62.00 euros per share, reflecting a 20 percent discount to the average closing price over the preceding 20 trading sessions on Euronext and rounded to the nearest tenth of a euro. The capital increase raised around 310.5 million euros and attracted participation from 59,366 employees across 97 countries, meaning that more than half of eligible current and former employees subscribed, according to the company’s release.
