Green Bridge Metals Lines Up Two Rigs for Titac North as Phase 1 Assays Back the Model

Green Bridge Metals plans 2,500-3,000m of Phase 2 diamond drilling at Titac North from October 2026, after Phase 1 hit sulfide mineralization.

Green Bridge Metals is wasting little time turning a clean set of Phase 1 assay results into a follow-up campaign. The explorer disclosed plans for a Phase 2 diamond drill program at its titanium-copper-vanadium Titac project in Minnesota, with the northern portion of the property — Titac North — serving as the operational centerpiece.

Six to seven diamond core holes are planned for the northern target, with depths of 400 to 600 meters per hole. That puts total planned meterage at 2,500 to 3,000 meters. The central question the company wants answered: whether mineralization that has so far been confined to the southern part of the project can be extended significantly northward, potentially adding to the existing inferred titanium resource at Titac South.

Two rigs, one October spud date

Field execution will rely on a pair of specialized units. A Cascade sonic rig is slated to handle casing installation, while a Foraco diamond drill will cut the core. According to the company, both are expected to mobilize on site between early and mid-October 2026.

Beyond the northern sector, the program opens a second front. Using geophysical inversion modeling as a targeting tool for mineralized ultramafic oxide intrusions, Green Bridge Metals has the option to pursue a new exploration target at Titac East in parallel.

The decision to press ahead with Phase 2 rests directly on the prior campaign. Roughly a week ago, the company reported final assay results from Phase 1. All six holes from that program intersected sulfide mineralization that slotted neatly into the existing geological model — a finding that shored up confidence in the Titac South modeling and tipped the balance in favor of moving quickly to a second phase.

Should investors sell immediately? Or is it worth buying Green Bridge Metals?

Among the standout intercepts was hole TS26-004a, which cut 195.0 meters grading 0.25% copper and 10.18% titanium dioxide. The step-out hole TS26-007 added further evidence of copper, titanium dioxide and vanadium pentoxide over a shorter interval.

Funding already in the till

The upcoming work is bankrolled by an equity raise completed more than a month ago. Media reports put the placement at 32,006,000 units priced at C$0.125 apiece, generating gross proceeds of C$4,000,750. Each unit consisted of one common share and one warrant.

Those funds give the company room to carry out its St. Louis County activities as scheduled — a critical consideration for explorers at this stage of development, where regular drilling is the only way to stress-test the geological model and build reliable data on what actually sits in the ground.

Looking further out, the ambition is not just to grow the deposit's footprint but to enrich it with copper. The current drilling and parallel metallurgical test work form the basis for a scoping study targeted for completion by the end of 2027.

Market snapshot

In the most recent session, the stock closed at EUR 0.0500, a daily move of minus 2.3%, putting the explorer's market capitalization at EUR 11.48 million. The shares have been quoted at EUR 0.0516 at another point, with a 13% gain logged over the trailing seven days.

For investors, attention now fixes on the October start date. Only the laboratory analysis of the new core will reveal whether the metal grades identified in the southern block carry through to the northern part of the project — and whether they extend economically meaningful structures.
