JinkoSolar Storage Pipeline Advances as Enphase Miss Weighs on Solar Peers
Published on 10/29/2026 at 14:41 | Editorial boerse-global.deJinkoSolar's shares slipped 3.2% in the latest session, dragged down by a sector-wide selloff after Enphase Energy posted weaker-than-expected third-quarter 2026 results and a disappointing outlook for the closing quarter, according to media reports. Three German Storage Sites Take Shape
On the corporate side, subsidiary Jinko ESS said Tuesday it is pushing ahead with a portfolio of standalone battery storage projects in Germany totaling 20 MWh. The package spans three sites earmarked for marketing electricity on the power market — two with 5 MWh of capacity each and a larger 10 MWh installation.
The storage drive extends beyond that initial batch. Media reports indicate Jinko ESS is also advancing a 135 MWh battery project in Germany, tied to a photovoltaic plant and structured to support a hybrid power purchase agreement.
Should investors sell immediately? Or is it worth buying JinkoSolar?
Earlier, on October 22, Jinko ESS delivered lithium-ion battery storage systems for three German agri-photovoltaic projects, combining 20.06 MW of power with 66.33 MWh of storage capacity. Those installations bring farming, solar generation and storage together under one roof.
