Radiant Uranium Corp. is pressing ahead on two fronts: lining up field work at its Key Lake Road and Gorilla Lake uranium projects while integrating a newly optioned third property into its Saskatchewan portfolio.

The company said Thursday that planning for both exploration programs has moved into the execution phase. At Key Lake Road, the work schedule layers several stages on top of one another — permitting procedures, right-of-way clearing, induced polarization geophysical surveys, and finally diamond drilling to test geological targets at depth. At Gorilla Lake, the focus is narrower for now: ground-level geological verification and the submission of the necessary drill permits.

Every proposed program at both properties remains contingent on regulatory approvals, consultation processes, and final internal planning, the company cautioned.

Cross Lake Option: 2,048 Hectares and a 1979-Era Estimate

The operational roadmap follows an acquisition Radiant unveiled Tuesday. The explorer secured an option to acquire a full 100% interest in the Cross Lake property from Bromell Mining LLP. The land package spans 2,048 hectares.

Should investors sell immediately? Or is it worth buying Radiant Uranium?

The terms are staged. Radiant must pay a total of $200,000 in cash, issue 4,000,000 common shares, and commit to $250,000 in exploration spending to complete the purchase. A 1% net smelter return royalty is also part of the agreement.

Cross Lake carries a historical resource estimate dating to 1979, which pegged the occurrence at 371,038 pounds of U?O? at an average grade of 1,2435 pounds per tonne, based on a depth of up to 75 meters. Radiant emphasized that this figure is expressly classified as a historical estimate and does not constitute a current mineral resource or mineral reserve. The company treats the old numbers as a geological reference point only, noting they fall short of today's standards for current classification.

Corporate Makeover Preceded the Field Push

The exploration activity comes after a broader structural overhaul. More than a month ago, the company completed its renaming from Kirkstone Metals Corp. to Radiant Uranium Corp.

That realignment brought a listing change as well: the shares moved from the TSX Venture Exchange to the Canadian Securities Exchange, where they trade under the symbol RUC. The stock is also quoted on the OTCQB under RUCCF and on the Frankfurt exchange under the ticker V0O0.

Since the CSE switch more than a month ago, the share price has shed 17.3%. Earlier fundamental setbacks had already weighed on the stock: the termination of the Samson Metals takeover more than a month ago has since dragged the shares down 52.6%, while a private placement for financing more than a month ago has been booked at a discount of 62.3% since then.

With permitting procedures and field preparations now in motion, the company's near-term focus shifts to executing the technical work on the ground. Whether and when drilling can begin depends largely on the outstanding approvals.
