Rock Tech Lithium has moved on two fronts in quick succession, lining up external communications support while pushing ahead with exploration at its Victory project in northwestern Ontario. The company said on 22 October that it had engaged Apaton Finance GmbH for investor relations and advertising services, a roughly twelve-month arrangement carrying total remuneration of EUR 80,000 plus applicable taxes.

The mandate is not yet binding in full: Rock Tech noted that the appointment remains subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange, leaving the exchange's sign-off as a condition of the engagement.

Advisory bench widened

The Apaton contract follows a separate personnel move made about two weeks earlier, when Rock Tech named Andreas Rickert as an external strategic adviser. Rickert, founder of Phineo, is tasked with helping the company sharpen its strategic positioning and open channels to potential investors and partners.

Should investors sell immediately? Or is it worth buying Rock Tech Lithium?

On the ground in Ontario, the first field programme at Victory got under way on 22 October, covering a 9,875-hectare package. Work is focused on two known lithium occurrences and a six-kilometre-long corridor, with the programme designed to examine both the identified showings and possible extensions along strike.

Rock Tech expects initial results in early 2027, ahead of a maiden drill programme pencilled in for later that same year — the next planned step after the field work.

Shares advance against a softer sector

Rock Tech's stock added 4.3% on Friday to close at EUR 0.3840, a gain that stood out against a weak session for battery-sector equities, which came under broad pressure according to media reports. Sigma Lithium was among the names cited as losers on the day.

For Victory, the next operational milestone on the calendar remains the delivery of first exploration results in early 2027, with the subsequent maiden drilling campaign announced so far only as a plan.
