On September 25, Bristol Myers Squibb reported first-time presentation of results from the prespecified analysis of its Phase 3 EXCALIBER-RRMM trial evaluating ZENBEXUS (iberdomide) with daratumumab and dexamethasone in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. The company said the trial’s MRD-negative complete-response rate was 41.10 percent with the ZENBEXUS combination versus 20.70 percent with daratumumab, bortezomib and dexamethasone, based on 420 evaluable patients at a median follow-up of 15.7 months. Bristol Myers Squibb said the results were presented at the International Myeloma Society’s 2026 meeting and simultaneously published in The Lancet Oncology.
