DashOS connects restaurant tools
DoorDash said DashOS works behind the scenes and does not require restaurants to adopt a separate system or overhaul their existing operations. The platform is designed to connect customer interactions across DoorDash Marketplace, direct ordering, reservations, loyalty, guest management and marketing.
DoorDash also said it is deepening integrations with point-of-sale and middleware providers including Clover from Fiserv, Qu, Checkmate, Chowly, Deliverect, Stream and Urban Piper. Beginning in 2027, the company plans to give more than 80,000 restaurants on those systems additional ways to use SevenRooms guest profiles, online ordering, in-store rewards and omnichannel loyalty. DoorDash’s Dash Forward announcement also described DashOS as a restaurant growth platform connecting these tools.
