Nel ASA last traded at NOK 2.06 on Oslo Børs on September 25, 2026, at 2:25:09 PM UTC. The share was up 0.49 percent on the session, based on the reported previous close of NOK 2.05.
European integration agreement
In a September 10, 2026, release, Nel ASA said it had entered a framework agreement with Hydrasun to establish dedicated assembly and integration capabilities for its MC Series modular PEM technology platform. The company said the arrangement would add a European integration partner to complement its existing U.S. setup.
Under the agreement, Hydrasun will develop production capabilities for assembling and integrating Nel’s containerized PEM technology. The release said Hydrasun will procure, integrate and manufacture the balance-of-plant systems surrounding the electrolyzer stack, while Nel’s PEM stack production will continue at its facility in Wallingford, Connecticut.
The September 10 release also said the partnership is intended to expand Nel’s manufacturing flexibility and supply-chain resilience and bring production capabilities closer to European markets.
