Shakira's six nominations connect songs, tour and Barcelona
The nominations cover Best Latin Artist or Group, Best Latin Song, two Latin collaborations, Best Music Video and Best Tour or Concert. That list places Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour beside Dai Dai, Algo TĂș and AGUA.
Her live campaign is represented by the Best Tour or Concert nomination for Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour. The nomination announcement places the ceremony on 20 November at Palau Sant Jordi and links the event with the 60th anniversary of LOS40.
Shakira's bilingual catalogue frames the LOS40 nominations
Shakira is a Colombian singer, songwriter, musician and dancer from Barranquilla. The Recording Academy describes her career across Spanish and English-language markets, a breadth reflected in the categories surrounding this yearâs nominations.
Her catalogue includes MTV Unplugged, Laundry Service, El Dorado and Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran. The Recording Academy profile records Grammy recognition for several of those albums and identifies her crossover between Latin and English-language pop.
The 2026 nomination list therefore connects three strands of her work: an album cycle, individual collaborations and a touring identity. Dai Dai represents her collaboration with Burna Boy, while Algo TĂș and AGUA place further partnerships in the Latin categories.
