Temper City released their third single, Sex & Drugs, on 16 October 2026. The one-song release arrived through Thirty Knots/Interscope Records with an accompanying video.
Temper City’s third single arrives with a video
The Apple Music release listing identifies Sex & Drugs as a Pop track running for 3:15. It records one song and credits Temper City under exclusive licence to Thirty Knots/Interscope Records.
A release announcement describes the track as the trio’s third single and reports that the band wrote and produced it. The accompanying video follows a mouse chasing blocks of cheese before falling in love with a cat.
The song’s subject centres on the tension between intense short-lived attachments and genuine feeling. The video develops that idea through a simple story that links pursuit, desire and self-destructive impulses.
Temper City’s members behind Sex & Drugs
Temper City are a trio made up of singer-songwriter Eytan Peled and production duo Aviv Barenholtz and Chen Kordova. The line-up places songwriting and production within the same credited band recording.
Before releasing their own material, the members worked behind the scenes, travelling and writing songs for other acts across electronic, blues and rock music. Their catalogue also includes Self Aware and Reverse Psychology, linking the new single with the group’s earlier recorded work.

The official tour page lists a further date in Portland, Oregon, on 10 December 2026. It also lists a Lincoln, California, date on 11 December 2026, followed by an Inglewood date on 16 January 2027.
Those live listings extend the band’s schedule beyond the October release. The December dates place the newly released single alongside the trio’s continuing concert programme.
