Hamburg origins shaped Wir sind Helden’s pop-rock catalogue
Universal Music’s biography of the band describes Wir sind Helden as a Berlin quartet formed in Hamburg in 2000. The group became associated with German pop rock and built its profile around sharply written songs and a compact band format.
The catalogue includes Die Reklamation from 2003, Von hier an blind from 2005, Soundso from 2007 and Bring mich nach Hause from 2010. The upcoming vinyl edition therefore revisits a title from the period that established the band’s recorded catalogue, while presenting it in a newly listed physical format.
